SHIPPING POLICY
We lovingly pack each plant with care to ensure it arrives healthy and happy at your door.

Shipping Area: We currently ship within the San Francisco Bay Area and select U.S. locations. Local delivery and pickup options are available at checkout for nearby plant lovers.

Processing Time: Orders are packed and shipped within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking info once your order is on the way.

Shipping Method: We use USPS or UPS depending on your location and weather conditions to ensure your plant arrives safely.

Live Plant Note: Because these are living beauties, we avoid shipping during extreme temperatures. If there's a delay, we’ll keep you posted.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your living creation — and we understand that sometimes things happen.

Live Plant Policy: Due to their delicate nature, we don't accept returns on live plants. But if your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, email us a photo within 48 hours and we’ll do our best to make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Non-Plant Items: Returns on accessories or merchandise (pots, hangers, etc.) are accepted within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All Sales Final: All clearance or custom-made items are final sale.
