PRODUCT INFORMATION

At Shani’s Living Creations, we strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our plants. However, due to the nature of living products, some variations in size, color, or appearance may occur. Every plant is unique, just like you!

ORDERING

Placing Orders: To place an order, simply select your desired plants and proceed to checkout. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.

Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping Time: We work diligently to ensure your plants arrive quickly and safely. Typically, orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

Delivery: Please ensure your delivery address is correct! We’re not responsible for lost or mis-delivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Some items may be marked for local pick up only. We’ll do out best to denote when shipping isn’t an option.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your new plants! If you’re not completely satisfied:

Returns: For live plants, replace the plant at no cost to you with our 30 day guarantee. You’ll need to provide pictures for verification. For our other products, you’ll have to pay for return shipping for a full refund.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Each plant comes with specific care instructions to help them thrive in your home. Please also check out our care videos. Follow these tips, and you’ll have a happy little green friend!

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy matters to us. We collect personal information for order processing and communication purposes only. Your data will never be sold or shared without your consent.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

While we love our plants and take great care in their selection and shipping, we can’t guarantee growth or survival once they arrive at your home. Make sure to give them the love and care they deserve! We are also not responsible for any damage caused by pets or if they are harmed by eating the plants

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Your continued use of our site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
